LongHorn Steakhouse Scope of Work

V & R Drywall completed a broad commercial interior and exterior scope for the LongHorn Steakhouse project, supporting the jobsite from framing and wall systems through ceilings, finishes, panels, and specialty installations.

Work Completed

• Metal stud framing, in-wall blocking, plywood, and sheetrock assemblies
• Insulation systems for walls, parapets, rigid insulation, and Tyvek-related exterior prep
• Drywall and board work including sheetrock, cement board, moisture-resistant board, tape, bed, and texture
• Ceiling systems including suspended acoustical ceiling, tin ceiling, and acoustical ceiling installation
• Finish scopes including paint, stain, vinyl wall covering, FRP, and wall cork
• Exterior panel work including fiber cement panels, exterior plywood, and ZIP panel installation
• Door scope including wood doors, frames, and hardware installation
