V & R Drywall completed a commercial hospitality renovation scope for Hampton Inn & Suites, supporting guest room repairs, public area wall finishes, corridor ceiling work, exterior EIFS coating, and new wall and frame installation at the Treat Shop area.
Work Completed
- Exterior EIFS coating: painted EIFS areas 12 feet above ground level
- Guest room ceiling work: GWB ceiling repair and paint
- Wall covering removal: removed vinyl wall covering in guest rooms and public areas
- Wall repair after VWC removal: repaired GWB walls and floated wall surfaces for finish readiness
- Vinyl wall covering installation: labor to install VWC in guest rooms and public areas, including glue
- Acoustical ceiling tile: ACT work at corridors 1 through 4
- Treat Shop buildout: new walls and frame installation
